Position Summary 

Reporting directly to the Assembly Lead, this person will participate in the final production of PK loud speakers and related accessories. This position requires someone who has an extreme commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional attention to detail. We require a team player with the ability to build relationships with co-workers, work in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Ready to work hard, in a face paced environment 
  • Perform equipment assembly according to build manuals & drawings 
  • Perform Pre-Assembly & repair activities 
  • Conduct Product testing & Final Checks, following documentation procedures.  
  • Follow Work Orders and Production Schedule  
  • Receive and Unload, unpack parts orders  
  • Create Quality Alerts for line assembly issues 
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor; 


  • Understanding of hands on assembly 
  • Mechanically inclined   
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated 
  • Strong problem-Solving Skills 
  • Good people skills 
  • Excellent Organisational Skills 
  • Good Oral Communication Skills 
  • Attention to Detail with Speed and Accuracy 
  • Ability to consistently lift over 50lbs safely.  


  • 2+ years in manufacturing assembly using hand tools, power tools, various fasteners 
  • Experience with basic wiring  
  • Warehouse Forklift experience
